To make it easier for you to determine which tour suits you best, we have divided our tours into three categories:
Relatively flat landscape. This is a trip for people who enjoy walking and/or cycling. Although an element of preparation is required, if you are generally fit and healthy, you will be able to do this trip without any problems.
Hilly landscape with a number of climbs and descents. Anyone who enjoys walking and/or cycling can participate. For cycling tours: you don’t need to be a professional cyclist but you should have done a bit of cycling in advance, especially when the terrain is steep.
It would be great if you could do 50-60km a few days in a row (2-3 times) to prepare for the trip.
Hilly landscape with some demanding climbs. On these tours, we use racing bikes and wear cycling shoes. You don’t have to be a professional cyclist to participate in these trips either, but it’s important that you really enjoy cycling and love physical challenges.
Preparation for these tours requires that you are used to being on your bike for several hours at a time, and you are able to cycle 60-80km several days in a row.
