Terms & Conditions of Entry

1. In order to secure your place on the ride, you must pay a deposit in the amount of £500 to be paid when payment link is sent after registration.

2. The remaining Registration Fee amount will be split into 2 equal payments: £400 to be paid no later than 1st June 2024 and the final £400 to be paid no later than 1st July 2024.

3. The pay ment link for your deposit and subsequent instalments will be emailed to you once you have completed registration You will receive an email confirmation of registration once the deposit has been made.

4. The Registration Fee covers room (sharing double room occupancy) and full board for 5 nights, bike rentals, C4G2024 Jerseys and tour operator costs

5. The Registration Fee does NOT COVER airlinetickets, airporttransfer, bike insurance, travel insurance, or any additional meals (outside of daily breakfast, lunch and dinner) or beverages.

6. You can purchase insurance upon registration forpossible damages to the bike. The insurance costs £45 and covers damages up to £255. The insurance does NOT cover theft. Insurance can only be arranged upon registration and not on-site upon arrival. Without insurance, damages must be covered before departure.

7. Registration Fee includes accommodation in a double occupancy room. Single occupancy can be arranged at a total extra cost of £275 for 5 nights.

8. All payments are Non-refundable. In case you are unable to attend, all registration payments made will be transferred directly to the fundraising of the 2024 Project.

9. You must be at least 18 years old before the departure date of the event. 16+ year olds may attend, but must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian who would be required to sign a waiver.

10. Itineraries, schedules, and accommodation may change and other alterations may occur beyond the control of C4G.

11. The tour company (EXPA Travel) is unable to accept liability for any loss or damage arising, or for cancellation of the event for any reasons outside their control.

12. You will require a passport that is valid for 6 months and you may need a visa. You are responsible for organising your own visa, if this is required.

13. You participate at your own risk. If you are refused passage and/or exit to or from the European countries, any additional costs incurred are your responsibility.

14. You will be responsible for providing your own personal equipment (a list will be provided).

15. You must wear a helmet at all times while cycling on this challenge.

No helmet = no cycling!

16. You must have adequate travel insurance that will cover you for the specific activities you will be undertaking, including emergency repatriation.

17. Cycling4Gaza may, at their sole discretion and at any time, withdraw places on the cycle if it is believed to be in their best interest to do so.

18. Any and all views and opinions expressed by cyclists among each other or to third parties before, during or after the cycle are their own and do not reflect the views and opinions of Cycling4Gaza or any of its charitable partners. .
