When you book a tour with Expa Travel, you will immediately receive a booking confirmation e-mail. The confirmation will also include login details for ‘My pages’, where you can log in at any time. Here you can monitor your order, make any desired changes or additions, update your details and find all your payment information.
- The payments are made by bank transfer with a KID number. You will find your KID number on ‘My pages’. All bookings are binding.
- The first instalment (deposit) of 3,000NOK must be paid within 7 days of your booking. Any unpaid deposit gives Expa Travel the right to cancel the booking.
- The final payment is made 35 days before departure. You will receive a reminder by mail a few days before the final payment is due. Any unpaid instalment gives Expa Travel the right to cancel the booking.
- If you book the trip less than 35 days before departure, the full amount will be required on booking.
If, for any reason, you need to cancel the tour, you will receive a 100% refund (minus an administrative charge of 495NOK) up to 35 days before departure You can read our full terms and conditions here.
