Aina has many years of experience from the fitness industry, as a personal trainer, coach and owner of a health center. She has also been a rafting-, cycling- and climbing guide.

Aina has lived in western Norway, in Trondheim, Evje and in Ringebu before she settled in Drammen with her family.

She has spent large parts of her life traveling around Norway to experience Norwegian nature, often in tent or under the open sky. Aina has several expeditions behind her, such as crossing Svalbard on skis, paddling a canoe through Femundsmarka alone, and crossing the Hardangervidda on skis alone. She has also been an active cyclist for many years. 

Aina is a social scientist from NTNU, a personal trainer from the Sports Academy and Coach. She loves working with people, and believe that the purpose of life is to be happy .

Aina is married to Magne, and together they have an active boy, Ola, and a polar dog, Skygge.
