Heidi (also known by her social media name @turheidi) is passionate about physical activity, mental health, and beautiful nature. With years of experience as a cyclist and tour guide, she knows exactly how to create a great tour experience. 

Heidi has been an ambassador for Birken for many years, and the project closest to her heart is getting more women into cycling. She also wants to motivate more people to explore the outdoor life and move about in nature. Through her Instagram account @turheidi, she motivates her followers to try out all sorts of activities outside. In 2006, Heidi cycled the 930 miles from Harstad to Oslo, all alone. She really liked experiencing nature on two wheels, and cycling adventures have since become a lifestyle for her.

Heidi is a great motivator, and she is motivated by seeing others succeed with their goals. In addition to her role as tour guide for Expa Travel, Heidi has her own business teaching cycling to minority women, as well as other projects related to physical activity and training.

During wintertime, Heidi is an active trail skater in addition to cycling, which she keeps up all year around. Heidi prefers being outdoors and lives with her family in Ytre Enebakk, with the forest as their closest neighbor.
