Lene has done squad gymnastics and dance since she was a child. In 1993, she became an instructor at High Energy Training and after that she joined SATS and worked as an instructor in group training at various centres in Oslo. She also worked in SATS’ competency team, teaching instructors and creating music and workout sessions for the chain.

She has run her own training centre and also has a range of experience in sales and marketing for SATS, Mexx and Abilica training equipment. Lene also has experience as a diet, nutrition and lifestyle advisor from her positions as course leader and Regional Manager in Roede (formerly Grete Roede).

Lene currently works as an instructor at SATS Drammen. She is known for being an energetic and motivational instructor that takes you through your training with good music, varying levels of difficulty and fun exercises.

More recently, Lene has taken courses in mental training and is a master coach in NLP.

Lene thinks it’s important to have fun when you’re training, that you feel pleased with yourself and that you have balance in your life…a little bit of everything! Her motto is ‘Provide experiences that lead to an increased quality of life and better health!’

At Expa Travel, Lene works as a freelance Personal Trainer and tour leader on many of our activity holidays.
